Shipping policy

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of full payment.
We accept prepaid orders only, paid by UPI to our business account. Cash on delivery is not available. Orders are confirmed once we see the payment in our bank.
Home packs (retail): sent by ST Courier within Tamil Nadu, and by Delhivery or DTDC to other states. Delivery charge is ₹50 per kg of the total order weight, rounded up to the next kg, and is shown at checkout.
Wholesale orders: sent by A1 Transport or MSS Transport within Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and by VRL Logistics to the rest of India. Transport charges are extra and are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery time depends on the courier or transporter and your location. The courier name and tracking number are shared on WhatsApp and shown on the Track order page.

Returns, cancellation & refunds

All sales are final. As these are food products, we do not accept returns and do not give refunds once an order is placed.
If a parcel arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, WhatsApp us an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement.
If we are unable to dispatch your order (for example, a product goes out of stock), we will inform you and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Privacy policy

We collect your name, phone number, email and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Payments are made by UPI directly to our business bank account. We store only the UPI transaction ID you give us, to match and verify your payment. We share your delivery details only with the courier or transporter delivering your order, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Prices include GST. Wholesale prices follow market rates; the price shown when you place the order applies.
Natural products may vary slightly in colour and size between batches.
An order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
